The Meininger City Hostel & Hotel München is a young and reasonably priced accommodation with modern comforts in the city centre of Munich. The hostel is in direct vicinity of major historical, cultural and architectural highlights such as the plaza Marienplatz and the Frauenkirche, the food market Viktualienmarkt, the square Karlsplatz, the festival Oktoberfest and the art museum Pinakothek der Moderne.

The hostel and hotel has a total of 93 single, twin and multi-bed rooms on 6 floors. All rooms have shower and WC. Single and twin rooms additionally have TV and telephone. Special highlights are the terrace with panoramic view of the Alps and the M-Club with seminar rooms, internet terminals, soda machines, lockers, luggage store room, pay phone as well as underground garage.
